The NCE Secretariat is pleased to announce the results of the Letter of Intent phase of the 2009 NCE Competition for New Networks.
The NCE Steering Committee has accepted the recommendation of the NCE Selection Committee. Out of 38 eligible Letters of Intent received, the Steering Committee invited the following 10 proposed new NCE Networks (listed in alphabetical order) to submit Full Applications:

The invited applicants have until Tuesday, August 11, 2009 to submit their Full Applications. The NCE Secretariat expects to announce final results in the fall of 2009.
