The NCE Secretariat is pleased to announce the results of the Letter of Intent (LOI) phase of the 2018 CECR competition. The competition involved a two-step evaluation process:
29 centres were eligible to submit an application to the LOI phase. The NCE Secretariat received a total of 25 LOIs and the NCE Management Committee approved the recommendation of the Private Sector Advisory Board (PSAB) to invite the following ten applicants to proceed to the Full Application stage:
